The dairy is operated by Bio-Molkerei Seeland AG (BMS AG), which was founded by Cremo in 2005. The raw materials (milk and fruit) are purchased locally. This shortens transport routes and helps to create value in the region. Cremo innovates, creates, processes, manufactures and markets consumer dairy products.

Engineering for the production and distribution of glycoled water for the entire dairy (storage room and chilled water process).
Manufacture and installation of an ammonia chiller.
Supply of specialised refrigeration and hydraulic components.
3D design of the technical room.

Ammonia cooler with 2 piston compressors
180 kW @ -5°C
Combined evaporator with low ammonia charge
Welded plate condenser and desuperheater for DHW production
Glycol aftercooler with adiabatic ramp
Glycol evaporators with air defrosting
Subcritical CO2 freezer with glycol condensation

Full ZERO-C control for complete management of refrigeration production and optimisation of energy consumption.
