The challenge
Set up a control system to automate and optimise plant drying according to the type of plant.
Implementation
Supply and installation of three R410A heat pumps and 7 ventilation monoblocs blowing hot air into the drying tanks.
Installation of the hydraulic and aeraulic network.
Supply and installation of an air exchanger to extract heat from the air.
Summary
Significant reduction in electricity requirements thanks to the use of a closed water circuit.
